E. Glenn Wagner
Dr. E. Glenn Wagner is the Chancellor of Oxford Graduate School.[1] From 1997 to 2004, Wager was senior pastor of the Calvary Church in Charlotte, N.C. before resigning due to plagiarism.[2][3][4]
